According to study from the Real Estate Wire, Erindale beat out Sheridan as the most popular neighbourhood in Mississauga in 2018. Sheridan previously held the record in 2017. REW’s data analysts found that Erindale had the highest average page views per listing of consumers searching for homes in Canada’s sixth largest city.
And, truly, it’s not surprising that Erindale is a hot-bed for real estate activity. Nestled along the picturesque Credit River with the University of Toronto-Mississauga campus and the Erindale GO station in close proximity, the neighbourhood is mature and established offering a wide range of housing options. Home buyers can have their pick of affordable ranch-style bungalows, 1970s-era two-storey homes, as well as a selection of townhomes and condo-type townhomes. Erindale also has some of Mississauga’s most prestigious addresses and multi-million-dollar mansions.
